Born and raised in a different part of the Philippines, Ross relocated to the same city as our headquarters when her father accepted a job that brought their family there. During her time in the city, Ross attended college and worked as an ESL teacher. Eventually, she returned to her hometown, but a friend introduced her to Outsource Access.

Now, Ross works with a client in the eCommerce space, where she excels in creating and posting social media content, organizing critical files, creating shipping labels, and handling various administrative tasks. Her journey highlights the flexibility and opportunities that come with being part of a virtual team.
