To show our appreciation for the amazing dads in our community, the Outsource Access family gathered online for a special “Legacy of Love” virtual tribute. It was a heartwarming evening dedicated to celebrating the strength, guidance, and dedication of all our fathers and father figures.
The celebration was packed with high-energy games, trivia, and plenty of laughs. From identifying classic songs to guessing famous movie dads from The Pursuit of Happyness, our team members put their pop culture knowledge to the test, taking home great memories and exciting prizes along the way.

Speaking AI: Our Interactive Prompting Workshop
As part of our ongoing “ISOF” (In Search Of) AI series, our team gathered for a hands-on workshop focused on building their AI fluency and mastering the art of prompt writing.
Instead of just listening, the team jumped into live interactive practice. We evaluated real-world scenarios—such as how to write a prompt that automates tracking for daily email attachments received from clients. Working together, our VAs analyzed what makes a prompt “good or bad” and practiced refining their instructions to get the best possible results.
By the end of the session, the team showed off their sharp prompt-writing skills, proving they are ready to work faster, smarter, and more collaboratively alongside AI tools.
Connecting the "Digital Glue": Our Google Workspace Studio Workshop
For our second ISOF (In Search Of) event of 2026, our team dived headfirst into the future of productivity automation.
The workshop—Google Workspace Studio: The “Digital Glue” & Gmail Triggers—focused on connecting Google Workspace tools with AI to make our daily workflows smoother and faster.
The team took on some hands-on challenges, including:
- Smart Automations: Setting up seamless workflows between Google Calendars, Gmail, and Gemini.
- Direct AI Integration: Learning how to write prompts and drop Gemini replies directly into Gmail to save time.
- Hands-On Learning: Navigating the initial setup, which was a bit challenging at first but highly rewarding for our long-term productivity.
