We are constantly striving to give you increasing levels of support that you need to grow your business. Last July, we launched the very first of the Team Leader Training series. This training aims to equip our team leaders to understand, coach, and help the Virtual Assistants be the best in what they do.

One of the Topics that resonated with the current Team Leads is the Culture Index. It is a tool used to understand different personalities so they can apply the right coaching style on their team members.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING

“A festival or commonly known as a “Fiesta” is part of the Filipino culture. Each city or province has a local fiesta. Being a very religious centered country, a fiesta is commonly about the celebration of a city or province’s patron saint or of harvest. There is a fiesta going on at any time in the Philippines.”

One of the fiesta’s highlights is the Street Dancing Parade, where hundreds of dancers from all over the region will showcase their local dancing skills and colorful costumes.

The City restrictions prohibit the street dancing but our VAs found another way to celebrate it. See how they showcased our Culture in this video.
