Brad Stevens is a serial entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Outsource Access (OA), a virtual staffing firm that scaled to over 500 employees in under 5 years—with plans to double by the end of 2024. Brad is also the co-founder of 1-ON-1 Connections, a SaaS platform that facilitates curated 1-on-1 matchups for member organizations.
