In this edition of Culture Corner we’d like you to get to know us a little better.

One of our missions is to give equal opportunity to those who are striving to make their lives better in an economically challenged country. When hiring people and deciding who to promote, we only look at what’s important – skills, attitude, and their drive to succeed – nothing more.

Looking at our Organizational structure, it is amazing to see more women in the leadership role, reflective of our guiding principles.

We’d like you to get to know the woman behind Outsource Access – Jaycel Demoguitan.

Jaycel started off as my (Brad’s) virtual assistant, checking emails and doing customer service in 2019. She has risen to become the VP of Operations and has a team of over 280 staff underneath her.

Talk about a powerhouse!

Let’s get to know her better…


When asked, “How do you want people to perceive you?” Jaycel’s answer is short but significant. “I want people to perceive me as someone who creates opportunities” and boy! Create she did! Outsource Access started because of the trust she cultivated with her then client Brad Stevens. Now, there are almost 300 employees working for OA.

Our very own Vice President for Operations Jaycel Demoguitan is an inspiration to younger women in the industry – to strive and grow wherever they are planted, so like her, they can also pave the path for so many who are deprived of the opportunity to grow.

Like countless women in the country, finding the balance between earning and taking care of the family can be quite challenging. Thankfully the “work from home” option is now available. This is the kind of opportunity we are creating for Filipino women, empowering them to earn and grow while they take care of their family at the same time.

Founded in 2004, IBPAP serves as the one-stop information and advocacy gateway for the industry. With over 300 members and six partner associations, the organization plays a pivotal role in sustaining the growth of the IT-BPM industry in the Philippines.

The Organization’s focus for the next few years is something both our clients and virtual assistants can benefit from. 

  • Accelerate Digital Transformation by fast tracking adoption of digital and cyber security
  • Fortify the IT-BPM Ecosystem through highlighting the Infrastructure developments in country marketing initiatives
  • Upskill to Digital Talent by boosting access to upskilling programs 
  • Improve Ease of Doing Business through continuing to uphold legislation that support the IT-BPM industry

OAcademy is the education arm of Outsource Access. Here you will find online courses to support business owners and the Virtual Assistant community.

We launched our first course “Maximize Your Virtual Assistant” designed for those who already have a Virtual Assistant and want to leverage our signature Outsource Access training we provide to our OWN VA’s.
