Jaycel Demoguitan
BIOGRAPHY
Jaycel started her career as a Virtual Assistant in 2013 as a Sales Coordinator and quickly rose through the ranks becoming an RFQ Team Leader for Engagis Australia at the age of 22.
She has trained in the principles of Project Management with the Project Management Institute – Philippines Chapter. She is Lean Six Sigma White and Yellow Belts certified and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained.
Jaycel worked with Brad as his first Virtual Assistant since 2017. Outsource Access is the brainchild of Brad and Jaycel with the ultimate goal to help entrepreneurial businesses realize their potentials.
She now leads 300 employees as the Chief Operating Officer for Outsource Access. She is responsible for making decisions to ensure the company is profitable and sustainable. She devises strategies and policies designed to ensure the organization meets its goals.
