Third Arcenal
Biography
As the Head of Sales and Service Delivery, Rolando III G. Arcenal otherwise known as Third is responsible for understanding client outsourcing needs, conducting discovery calls to educate the client about our services and process, and setting clients up for success. He started his Virtual Assistant career as a researcher for a local BPO company in the Philippines. He fell in love with the world of outsourcing and served in many leadership roles including as a Senior Solutions Engineer, Productization Team Leader, and Innovations Sales Manager. He was trained onsite with Engagis Australia Sydney Office for Design Thinking, Sales and Marketing with exposure to working with Australian Blue Chip Companies like Telstra, Target, 7-Eleven, Bupa, and Westpac to name a few. He is currently in the process of completing his law degree where he aims to focus his future practice in digital law and the multiple facets of the Business Process Outsourcing industry. Third has worked with Brad and Jaycel since 2018, making him part of the core team of Outsource Access.
