Interview Guidelines
It is important that you make the candidate interview a priority. This will give you the opportunity to connect face to face, hear their voice, and get a feel for what it could be like working with them on a day to day basis. For the interview, it will be just you and the VA so you can ask him/her any questions you want to ask. Our team will just be online in the introduction part but you can ask our team to stay if you want. These interviews will be randomly recorded for quality assurance initiatives.
In conducting an interview with your VA, it is important to note the following:
EnthusiasmÂ
The VA shows enthusiasm for the position and the company.
Preparation
The VA must show evidence of researching the company and the tasks she/he will be doing.Â
Educational Background or Training
- The VA has a related degree course and/or undergone training for the position.Â
- The VA must be able to relate his previous experiences/learnings in executing the current requirement of the position.Â
Communication

The VA demonstrates personality on how to deal with colleagues.
Attitude
The VA shows a can-do attitude.
Adaptability
The VA possesses a strong ability to understand processes and tools in your company.
