The Philippines, being colonized by the Spanish for hundreds of years, have adapted their beliefs and traditions. One of those beliefs is that the departed loved ones come to visit the living once a year.Â

For the month of October we will continue to focus on Intentional Happiness and Well-being. With that being said our program for this month is about taking care of our Mental Well-being. It’s been almost two years since the pandemic started and it hasn’t been the same since. For a lot of people it’s still a foreign idea to spend most of our time at home. It has affected us one way or another. During this time we have to take care of our Mental health just as much as our Physical health.Â
