STEP 7:  Let’s Talk About the VA BOOTCAMP

Currently, your VA is being onboarded to our Outsource Access Philippines Entity as an employee whilst completing the Outsource Access VA Bootcamp. Don’t worry, we will provide with you the BOOTCAMP assessment so you will have an understanding of his or her improvements during the assessment.

STEP 8: Let’s Talk About Your VA Onboarding

During the VA Onboarding call, you will meet our Operations Manager, Team Leader, and your VA. The call will be facilitated by the Operations Manager. Your 90-Day experience is on them.

Your Virtual Assistant will work with you every day – whatever you need help with. 

The Team Leader will assist the VA every step of the way to deliver what he or she needs to deliver to support you. In case of emergency situations, the TL will step in to help you for the day.

The Operations Manager will help you with anything you need from the company – billing, replacements, second-level VA escalations, disengagement, questions, concerns, or anything under the sun.
