Job Description

As a General Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and potential clients. This will involve managing and maintaining a database of clients, ensuring data integrity, and responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally, both by phone and email. You will also be responsible for organizing and managing a calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments accordingly, as well as taking transcription and handling all correspondence with proficiency. In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for arranging travel, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for the client. You will proactively look for ways to help the client’s business thrive, drive more traffic, and increase conversions, demonstrating a strong commitment to the success of the business. You will also manage billing and accounting procedures with accuracy and attention to detail, and prepare and distribute e-mail newsletters to keep clients informed. As part of your role, you will prepare and collate proposals and meeting materials, ensuring timely and professional delivery. You will escalate any issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution, and you will complete any additional duties as requested by the client, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
