Customer Care Coordinator

Job Description

The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for promptly addressing customer service inquiries while adhering to established protocols. They are tasked with assigning qualified field technicians to designated sites following company guidelines and negotiating travel rates accordingly. The role involves ensuring the presence of all necessary equipment on-site for technicians and arranging for equipment like lifts from company suppliers. Thorough documentation of customer interactions in the ticketing system, in line with company procedures, is crucial. The Customer Care is also expected to confirm technician assignments through calls or emails and effectively communicate with customers via telephone or email. Identifying and escalating situations following company procedures, researching inquiries using available resources, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company systems and changes are integral aspects of the role. Moreover, Customer Care is encouraged to contribute to the company’s brand enhancement by innovatively supporting customers and exploring novel approaches to work responsibilities. The position involves adherence to specific department hours and participation in a rotating on-call weekend schedule. Additional duties as requested, delegated, or assigned are also part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Preferably with Bachelor’s or Associated degree
  • Must have 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and high level of professionalism 
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Outlook & Teams 
  • Adaptable and proficient in working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent skills in problem analysis and problem solving 
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to multitask
