Job Description

The job involves a variety of tasks related to lead generation, sales, and customer engagement for a group visit offering at parks. A virtual assistant will be responsible for calling potential guests, researching and finding new leads, emailing leads, surveying past guests, and managing outbound call campaigns. The VA will also optimize and generate leads on LinkedIn and use data scraping tools to find targeted leads. They will use Hubspot and O365 to book sales meetings, track communication, and set up follow-ups. Overall, the VA will play a crucial role in expanding the group visit business by generating and nurturing leads and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields, although it is preferred, as we believe that education can provide an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals of marketing that can be applied in lead generation.
  • Must have proven experience in customer service, sales, and lead generation, along with familiarity with CRM software such as Hubspot, to ensure that they can efficiently manage leads and track them throughout the sales funnel.
  • Possesses a strong ability to research and analyze data to identify target demographics and create effective lead generation strategies.
  • Must be highly organized, with exceptional time management skills, to ensure that leads are followed up with promptly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn is essential, as it is necessary to create and maintain a database of leads and effectively communicate with them.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, and the ability to produce high-quality written materials.
  • Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems in a proactive manner, ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of the marketing team’s activities.
  • Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions, including maintaining a positive attitude, demonstrating empathy and understanding, and providing excellent customer service.
  • A strong commitment to upholding company rules and regulations, demonstrating compliance with all relevant policies and procedures at all times.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively and work under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines without compromising quality or accuracy.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, and errors are identified and corrected promptly.
  • Availability and flexibility to work long hours as required, including outside of normal business hours, and being reachable and responsive at all times to support the needs of the team and clients.
